Kickboxing is a striking Martial Art, it incorporates the use of punches, Kicks, elbows and knees. The sport has become world renowned for its simplicity, effectiveness and outstanding cardio benefits.
At Evolution Gym Rouse Hill students will learn various Kickboxing techniques and skills that can be used by anyone with a goal of competing, as well as by those who just desire a great conditioning workout while learning self-defence. Kickboxing workouts include warm-up, offensive as well as defensive techniques, footwork, as well as conditioning exercises like jumping rope, abdominal exercises, pad and bag work.

Champions
Our Mini Warriors Martial Arts Program focuses on teaching kids (6 to 11 Yrs) the fundamental Kickboxing skills needed to stay fit and healthy and associated Self-Defense skills to help keep them safe and confident!
We provide age-specific Programs and a low student to Instructor ratio to achieve the highest quality of training.
Next Gen Kickboxing
At a time in life when the soon-to-be young adult is struggling for a self-image, a place in society, and a feeling of who he or she truly is, martial arts can give that self-esteem and confidence, and maybe even actual self-defence that they are looking for.
Martial arts are based on a non-aggressive, conflict-solving attitude. The teens in our classes learn how to use heightened awareness of situations and face conflicts in a calm, resolving, thoughtful manner. They discover how to react with courage and determination. They are trained to stay quiet in their minds and listen to themselves and how to “feel” themselves and others. A deep respect for individuals and society is integral to martial arts.
Our Next Gen Program is suitable for students aged from the age of 12 to 15.
Kickboxing
This is an adults Kickboxing program (16 yrs +) focusing developing the fundamental skills, such as footwork, stance, punches, Kicks, knees and elbows. Different methods of defending and counter attacking. There’s plenty of conditioning exercises to increase your fitness.
Suitable for anyone with 0 to 18 months training experience.
Fighters
We have a Fighters Program for individuals who are training seriously to compete in K-1 Kickboxing. This class is only open to members who are approved by the Evolution Gym staff. We will line up bouts for individuals who our staff feels are ready to compete.
